Here Comes Summer!

You have probably been humming your favourite classic summer hit over the last few days, whether it’s Louis Armstrong “Summertime” or Bill Withers’ “Lovely Day” – just as the sun is breaking through.

Gone are the days of shooting summer in December through to February in a snowy UK garden. No more standing by a pool with a leaf blower dispersing 3ft of snow, trying to create your hotter-than-July BBQ. With timelines much closer to the real season, we are good to go for those summer shoots.

You don’t have to fly your product and teams halfway around the world – you can drive down to Surrey, Sussex, or Hertfordshire, and we’ll get the garden party started. Whether poolside, seaside, or anywhere outside, we will have the most gorgeous locations for you! We have rolling lawns, lush meadows, pretty woodlands, and forests. Balconies, terraces, decks, and roof gardens – whatever you need from an outside chill-out zone to an outdoor kitchen with a party pad.

Pool Party

We have a wonderful variety of pools in amazing settings, from James Bond-style ultra-high spec to more traditional country garden settings.

Badgers Drift Designed entirely around outdoor entertaining. The pool is elegant, inviting and surrounded by everything you need to shoot a chic alfresco lifestyle scene. Think “summer at Soho Farmhouse” energy.

Downs View The perfect English garden with a twist. A beautiful pool framed by soft grasses, a generous deck, a classic cottage backdrop, and a greenhouse that could feature in a Merchant Ivory film. Every inch is shoot-ready and beautifully considered.

Hove House A cool, contemporary courtyard home in dark brick-clad pale wood. The pool is right in the middle, surrounded by sliding glass doors and clean modern lines.

Hollywood Style

Star-quality alfresco locations with that summer California vibe.

Winchester This modernist glass mansion is fit for Hollywood hills. Lush lawns, sculptural trees, an achingly chic pool and those crisp white loungers that look straight out of a Slim Aarons photo. All that’s missing is a kaftan and a martini.

Radlett Feel like an A-lister with a Beverly Hills Hotel-style pool house and a cocktail bar that’s just waiting for a daytime pool party – or a glossy high-end shoot. A summer dream.

Wild Water Swimming

If you’re looking for a pool that’s a bit wilder, not all our pools fit the classic shape.

Bosham A hand-crafted timber house surrounded by 15 acres of land. Its wild natural pool wraps around the structure, planted with reeds and tall grass. There are breakout lounging areas and sheltered indoor options for all-weather shooting.

In an English Country Garden

For the quintessential look fit for afternoon tea or a scene from Jane Austen. From cottage to grand-scale country homes, we have plenty on our site.

Agatha A lovely English country garden with beautiful planting, statues, urns, and a rolling lawn that leads to a lake (yes, with a rowing boat). The pool is nestled into the garden beside a timber-framed country cottage. Ideal for a summer party or a traditional afternoon scene.

Parnham Park This stately manor house in Dorset boasts grounds with a lake, deer park, river, waterfall, landscaped lawns, gazebos, sculptures, a walled kitchen garden and fountains. Its show-stopping topiary seals the deal.

Up on the Roof

Escape from it all and go above the clouds to one of our rooftop spaces. From large rooftops to bijou decks, snuggle into rooftop hideaways.

Deptford Penthouse A decked rooftop in south London, overlooking the hum of the city. Built for sun-drenched fashion shoots or laid-back lifestyle content.

Stamford A London townhouse with a lush, zoned garden and a lovely roof terrace – this one feels like a secret garden above the street.

The Perfect Lawn

There is something very pleasing about a perfectly mowed lawn, especially one that you haven’t had to labour over yourself. We have a couple of suggestions from our larger selection.

Kingsley House A refined and generous lawn, beautifully maintained and perfect for elegant summer setups.

Jacobean This Jacobean hunting lodge has a beautiful rolling lawn with a walled garden, a pool, and even grass tennis courts. I feel a weekend murder mystery coming on.

Anyone for Tennis?

We get a lot of requests for tennis courts, whether for a fashion shoot or a sports brand.

Amberwood House Not only does it have a stunning pool and lawn, it comes with a pristine tennis court – and beautiful garden surrounds.

Weekend in the Hamptons

The beach core trend – a huge hit with TikTok last summer – is here to stay. This classic East Coast American look has been popularised through many films and TV shows. Think The Affair, Succession, The Undoing, or Martha Stewart’s recent documentary set in her Lily Pond Lane beach house.

The Hamptons A New England-style wooden house full of high-society elegance. It feels like a complete summer location inside and out, with a pool fit for the final scene of Succession.

Nantucket Beach House This crisp white beach house offers sea and countryside views, a pool, and plenty of outdoor entertaining space. Relaxed, refined, and perfectly set up for shooting.

Lakeside

A natural lake setting can bring your summer shoot to life. If you want a more eco-friendly and natural aspect from a location, a lakeside shoot is perfect for a less structured setup, a picnic, an outside gathering, or maybe a little campfire side story.

Chalk House Modern, open-plan living with a lawn that flows down to the lake. It’s giving California, a distinctly English view.

Take It Inside

If you decide you want an inside pool, we have some stunners – often with modern architecture or classic features.

Light Barn Polished concrete, timber cladding, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass – this one’s made for high-end pool party shoots.

Radlett Mansion A glamorous indoor pool setup with large windows, a hot tub and relaxed garden spaces.

Hemel Place Renaissance garden meets Victorian hothouse. Think Mediterranean planting, sweeping staircases, and the most Gatsby-worthy indoor pool you’ve seen.
